2010 48 Hour Film Project

It's Sunday, and we're less than eight hours hours away from our deadline. If you're reading this, you've probably seen constant Twitter updates by the crew (@Fetusinfetuprod).
Friday we drew our genre, which is Horror. This was super exciting, for we've never drawn a genre we were so instantly attracted to (previously Western or Musical, Historical Fiction, and Romance).

What excited us about this genre wasn't the opportunity to make use of Dave's blood-creation skills or our love of schlocky gore. Rather, it was the opportunity to make an unofficial sequel to Weekend at Bernie's II. Universally regarded as the scariest film of all time, Bernie's II sets a high bar for Fetus in Fetu Productions. We hope we succeed in our attempt to horrify and stimulate.

Screening and sundries

Last week we attended our screening, where "Fetal Attraction" was shown along with 13 other films. It also premiered in Canada to a small audience. Of course, it is available to view on YouTube.

We also posted many photos from the weekend; check them out on Facebook.

Thanks for your support!

Twitter's where it's at + photos

We promised blog updates; but, unless you check your feed reader every hour, updating to a blog isn't real-time enough for most. That's why we are so enamored of Twitter and use it for our updates.

That, and I had planned on mobile updating... but Blogger won't play nice with T-Mobile. Boo!

Here are some shots of our progress:

More posts to come!
